Payment Changes
Please note:
We are now moving to an automated system ready for integration with the client self invoicing system.
Any account which is late on reaching the 1st August 2011 will automatically have admin access restricted.
Any website that is overdue by the 1st September 2011 will automatically have website access restricted.
If you know there is going to be a delay on your website payment please Contact Us immediately so we can add exceptions into the system.
Clients Responsibility
Over the last few months many clients have had the option to pay via cheque on a monthly basis. Due to massive changes within the company we are asking all clients to set up standing orders/bank payments.
If you are currently paying via cheque please Contact Us for our bank details.
If you know there is going to be a delay on your website payment please Contact Us immediately.

Please check if your account is overdue. If it is please Contact Us to arrange a suitable payment method.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted via the contact form located at www.rossdaviddesign.co.uk. Your cancellation will be confirmed by Ross David Design.
