Payment Changes
Over the last few months many clients have had the option to pay via cheque on a monthly basis. Due to massive changes within the company we are asking all clients to set up standing orders/bank payments.

Clients Responsibility
We regret to having to make changes to late payments.
Over the last few years we have been very accommodating when clients are paying late however due to some clients taking advantage of our good will we have now bought in some changes.
Any account which is late on reaching the 7th day will be disabled. We will hold the website data for a further 21 days before we delete the website completely. It is the clients responsibility to ensure their account is up to date.
If you know there is going to be a delay on your website payment please Contact Us immediately.
• Charges will be incurred to release any domain where late payments have been incurred.

Please check if your account is overdue. If it is please Contact Us to arrange a suitable payment method.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted via the contact form located at www.rossdaviddesign.co.uk. Your cancellation will be confirmed by Ross David Design.
• Website Update
The new Content Management System (CMS) is in its final stages of testing and will be launched shortly.
Clients will have a new dedicated administration area to edit their website with many new features. Each client will be notified once the system is launched. If required clients can take the option of a new site design.
